Do not use this auto body shop...

Do not use this auto body shop. They are only interested in collecting their payment even when the service and work is not complete...even going so far as to say that the work is done even when it`s not. That`s lying. Now we have to find another shop to finish the repair. Worst part is that my adjuster and the auto body shop provided really bad service...as if they were in partnership. Last bad point is that my ... view morecar was left under the trees so that the birds could crap all over it. Did they clean the car before handing it over? No, they didn`t. I had to spend another 20 bucks to clean my car. This place is not very good. I will not nor would not recommend.

Best I`ve found

I`ve used a couple of auto body shops over the years and this one is the friendliest, most efficient and did by far the best job on the dings and dents and scrapes I`ve accumulated over the past few years. I had some special logistical needs and they were very accommodating. Do not hesitate to use them.

Excellent experience

I went to Hughes for an estimate to repair my car after an a accident. I met Gabe who wrote up the paperwork. It was quick and easy, very pleasant, professional. I went to another shop to get a second estimate. They were rude, added things to the repair that were not needed. I went back to Hughes, this tome meeting with Walt, who was delightful. Excellent Work, Great Service. What More Could I Ask?

I confess, I`m one of those people who washes his black car a couple of times of week and has it waxed frequently -- just plain picky about how the car looks. I was less than pleased when someone backed into the side of my car.

The driver, however, referred the problem to her insurer, Geico, who, in turn, suggsted that I have the necessary repairs performed at Hughes Auto Body. The experience could not have... view more been better.

Hughes and the carrier had an adjuster waiting at the appointed time, an Enterprise rental car at the ready. Hughes explaned the scope of needed repairs and gave me a 4-day time estimate. I called on the estimated delivery date and was told that I could come pick up my car.

The car had been repaired to the quality of the original workmanship, and the paint, often a delicate task on black car, was perfect. They even repaired a a couple little parking lot dings without charge or even mentioning the work to me.

Good service, excellent job, quick work and pleasant people to deal with. What more could I ask?

Excellent work, Friendly people, On time!

I`ve owned my Volvo for 8 years. No major accidents but one fender bender and their bid was by far the most reasonable. The paint matched perfectly. Other times I`ve needed small things like touch ups and interior adjustments. Every repair met or exceeded my expectations and was completed in the time promised. I particularly like their attitude. One more note; I`ve never been kept waiting when I walk in, it`s, ""can I help you"", almost as soon as you enter the door.

good work, bad estimating time

The work was good. The people were nice. But they told me two or three times that my car would be ready when it wasn`t. In one case that meant not having my car over the weekend.

Great work, attention to detail and friendly people

My 2006 Honda Civic EX had damage to the body work and paint of the front passenger fender and front passenger door. The people at Hugh`s did a great job, completing the repair in 6 business days. The paint and body panels where matched perfectly and my insurance (AAA) was billed directly. Friendly folks too!

Quality work and excellent service

Hughes Auto Body has repaired by car after two separate accidents. Both times, the car was repaired quickly and the results were flawless. The car looked better than when I brought it into the shop. The customer service was courteous and professional. They even give me ride back home after I dropped off the car and picked me up when it was done. I couldn`t have asked for more.

horrible customer service

I am extremely frustrated that I supported this business. Though the secretary was kind, the business owner was very rude. The efficiency and quality of work did not make up for the terrible customer service. I am discouraging any of my friends or potential customers from getting repairs done at Hughes Auto Body.
