Prior to my having recently retired, I spent 30 years in senior/executive management positions at the U.S. corporate headquarters for three multi-billion dollar, multi-national conglomerates in the service industry. Two of these companies were in the automotive industry (i.e. Nissan and Mitsubishi Motors in the U.S.A.). In each of aforementioned companies, among other departments, the responsibility for Technical In... view moreformation, procurement of both import and domestic parts as well as Customer Relations/Satisfaction were all within my purview of responsibility, so I believe I have the unique advantage of being both a customer, as well as having been responsible for ensuring that each of these global companies were viewed as having customer service as a priority of paramount importance. Despite being a comparatively small family owned and run business, relative to many of the much larger after-market suppliers, Antidote Performance and its management team provided the same exemplary quality goods, meticulous attention to the smallest of details and a very personal and somewhat familial approach to all customers, during my preliminary visits and the entire time my vehicle was being modified. Prior to, during and subsequent to the work being completed, the Antidote Performance team, in my observations of their operations and customer service, as it related (relates) to all customers, I can unequivocally state that everyone present (i.e. approximately 6-7 different individuals), was very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. And all of the service itself was expeditious, despite the number of customer vehicles having custom work performed and those waiting to discuss the work they wanted to have performed on their vehicles. In addition to the custom body work (i.e. replace stock grille), remove/replace badges, tinted windows and final detail work they completed on my new 2012 vehicle, they also offer custom performance enhancements, specially customized sound systems as well as other services too numerous to mention here. The General Manager is Jake Taufique and although in relation to myself and former associates he ?ˆ?appears?ˆ? to be relatively young, he is excellent at personally knowing and managing all aspects of the company?ˆ™s business. Jake is very responsible and also holds himself and his associates accountable for every detail of the work to be performed and ensuring the work is performed properly, seamlessly and in a timely manner, while still meeting every standard required by their customer(s). My wife and I found Jake extremely helpful, knowledgeable, informative, courteous and an excellent representative for Antidote Performance, as were each of the other associates with whom we came in contact, both before and while our car was being customized. Due to the exemplary performance I experienced as well as witnessed, I have already scheduled an appointment to have some additional work performed on both my wife?ˆ™s vehicle and my sports coupe. And, since I also learned Antidote Performance works with Home Theater systems, my wife and I have elected to speak with them on some upgrades we are planning to make to our current system. In addition to highly recommending Antidote Performance to ALL of our family and friends, I would highly encourage anyone seeking custom automotive work, of any kind, to at least visit Antidote Performance and speak with Jake, or Omar, in an effort to discuss the work you want to have done to your car, as well as view some of the work and references they have available.
