owner is a bully. verbally abusive. I spent 5000 on a car and now, one month later, I am going to have to spend 4000 just to keep it running. the owner would not return my phone calls and when I made the drive to go in person he bullied me into leaving the establishment by using verbal abuse. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!

If you choose to do business with this company be prepared to be disappointed. I purchased a vehicle from this place 3 weeks ago and have spent nearly what I paid for the vehicle to keep it running. I tried to get the owner to buy it back ( and I would purchase another lemon from him) but did not get anywhere with this. Roseville Auto Plaza Ripoffs

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! My wife and I purchased a car from Roseville Auto Plaza in Sept. By the time we got the car home, it was already breaking down. This, even though we were assured that the Roseville Auto Plaza mechanics had ""gone through the car and it was in perfect condition, no problems."" Come to find out that the car had been in 2 front end collisions that were not on the Carfax report. Rosevill... view moree Auto Plaza buys high mileage cars from auctions, glosses over any problems, and hides behind the (invariably incomplete) Carfax report. We are currently suing to get our money back. We were not shocked to discover that Roseville Auto Plaza currently has multiple law suits going against them. Also be aware that the sales people will try to get you to sign an illegal ""As Is"" form, in an attempt to fool you into thinking you have fewer rights than you do. This form has been reported to the CA State Atty. General and the DMV. An investigation is expected to be imminent. If you buy a car from this clip joint, be prepared. Once you drive the car off their lot, that`s the extent of any customer service consideration that you can expect. To reiterate, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROSEVILLE AUTO PLAZA.

Would Never Go Back

I purchased a 2002 Volvo from here and spent 5,000. Everything seemed ok on the test drive so I purchased the car. However, on the drive home the dash lit up with warnings. I took it to a mechanic immediately and after a quick inspection was told that the car was only worth (at most) $2500 and that it needed a new engine. I took it to a second mechanic to be sure and was told the same thing. The car needs abou... view moret $5000 in repairs to even be driveable (there is now black smoke pouring out the back from the turbo failing). When my husband spoke to the owner of the dealership - he was rude and condescending. He told my husband that the minute we drove off the lot that the car and any issues it had was ours and he had no responsibility to fix anything. Granted, legally, he`s right but given the circumstances I will NOT be a repeat customer nor refer anyone here for their car purchase needs.

Not a big fan and different than those other three

I purchased a 97 Ford Taurus from here about a year ago. I was told that the car was in great shape and when I wanted to test drive it, he backed it up for me and got it ready for me. I thought this was a nice gesture until after I bought it and the next day tried to back up out of my driveway. The power steering went out when I reversed it due to a faulty neutral/safety switch. I think they knew the problem was ther... view moree but I cant prove it. One year later the car has been diagnosed by repair shops as needing front end tie rods, an alignment, new oil gasket, new valve gasket (both for oil leaks), new struts, and the heater doesn`t work which may suggest a new heater core. I paid $3300 and got one year of decent driving with shimmy at high speeds.

The last three reviews are from one unhappy customer. He bought a car and claimed there was mold in the trunk. When the detail shop cleaned the car, they put the wet floor mats in the truck. MOLDY CARS HERE!

I bought a 2000 Plymouth neon for 3800.00 checked everything but the trunk before i filled out my paperwork and drove it home. My girlfriend went to load the trunk in the morning and saw there was MOLD everywhere, so we drove it home with are 3 mouth old son in the car without knowing about the MOLD! this is a heath issue that Im going to solve. so... view more much vibration form the motor mounts u can feel it in the back seat, so please dont buy AS IS cars here.
