in response to trica tuckers review, i was an employee at the time the customer had their vehicle towed into the shop inoperable. The customer picked up their vehicle and admitted to driving the vehicle for 1 1/2 years without changing the oil or any other servicing after the motor was replaced. the customer had the vehicle towed back to the shop after they blew the motor up and wanted it fixed free of charge after t... view morehe one year warranty expired. Since the customer voided the warranty by not servicing the vehicle the BAR ( Bureau of Automotive Repair) found that the shop was not at fault. DJK/GJK offered to fix the vehicle when it was brought back at a discounted rate but customer was very irate and made numerous comments about being charged with murder charges over the outcome while supposedly on the phone with his lawyer while at the shop. if anything appeared to be "ghetto" it was the customer. if customer chooses to continue with these untrue and bogus remarks online DJK/GJK will be have no choice to seek legal actions for slander and deformation against the customer. DJK/GJK Automotive & Tire has been in business for over 16 years at the harbor city, ca location and prides itself on their quality customer service and automotive repairs.
