I love Lee`s Service. You guys do awesome work! Love the convenience of you picking up and dropping off my car while I`m working. The only reason I didn`t give an "Excellent" rating is because at my oil changes I`m usually offered some sort of upsell. Your employees are probably instructed to upsell different products - I understand that. However, if I don`t get the product that is recommended or `needed` (... view morethinking I`ll get it next time), I`m not offered the same product the next time. Which makes me believe that I may not have really needed that product in the first place. But really - you guys are great!!
