Honestly this place is a disgrace to auto body business owners. I`ve had my car in there for 6 mo.s and they keep giving me excuse like death in the family, divorce, no money. I don`t care if you have a bomb in your ahole I`m paying you 10,000 you better get this done. I called the better business bureau today. Please do not go here I beg of you.

I used the one time and will never ever go back. I asked for one thing to be done and they did something completely different. Then charged me for the difference. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Trust me you will get burned by these junkies.

ZERO STARS ISN`T JUSTICE FOR THESE A--HOLES!! PISSED I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO EVEN REVIEW THEM. NEVER GO HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF FRAUD AND ALLEGED DRUG USERS!!! THEY RIP YOU OFF, DO NO WORK, DO UNAUTHORIZED WORK, HOLD YOUR VEHICLE RANSOM AND THREATEN TO KEEP CHARGING MORE FOR STORAGE UNTIL YOU PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE!! I took my vehicle to this shop in April 2013 with multiple repairs needed from a vehicle a... view moreccident. The owner, Keith, seemed friendly and professional. Said he would take care of us. Yeah, right! Take care of ripping me and my insurance company off for several thousand dollars and then tried to hold my vehicle ransom for several weeks demanding more money...of course, the money wasn`t going to fixing my vehicle. I assume it went to other less legal activities (rumors from ex-employees that they`re alleged heroin addicts). I should have known when we went to the shop the first couple of times and the place was quiet, bay doors closed and no workers or work being done. He did awful work and mostly no work at all, yet collected thousands from my insurance. His father was investigated in years prior for insurance fraud. Google Shasta Lake Auto Body + Insurance Fraud and you will see. Like Father, Like Son. Keith will not return calls for days/weeks, hold your vehicle while threatening to charge more storage fees, and all that for no work. Keith`s wife also works there and will act sweet as pie on the phone and keep telling you he`ll call you back and never does. Sadly, if you aren`t careful, you will get stuck paying them out of pocket for extra up-charges he creates and there isn`t a damn thing you can do about it...except for small claims court or DAs office. The police won`t get involved because it`s considered a civil suit. Read the other 1 star review. I found another person who was victim to these idiots on Facebook and heard all about his ordeal and it`s still going on to this day. Shasta Lake Auto Body is still holding his vehicle ransom and demanding thousands of dollars he doesn`t have. I`m sure the ONLY 5 star review is Keith or his skanky wife writing about how amazing they are. Trying to make their review look better. Good luck bozos!! I sure wish I would have done some google research before using this place. Lessen learned, BUT SADLY VERY BURNED!

Gave them my classic car for t...

Gave them my classic car for touch up paint, was quoted $2000 to fix some peeling from a previous paint job, a month goes by and my previous paint is sanded down without my permission and im told its now going to be $4500, i agree as long as i can change the color but now they need a $1k deposit aswell, i agree. 6 months go by and my car hasnt progressed and im paying $150 a month for insurance on this car, all of a ... view moresudden the price goes up to 5500, then 6500, and its been 13 months later and another $2000 down and the price up to $8000 and still not even a primed car, keith swore he would finish my car in 2 months for that last additional 2k down payment, 2 months after that no progress and hes calling asking for more money with no work done, i would say these peeps have a drug problem and their business is on the edge of failure if they need to s cam people. dont go here if you like your ride im going to have to sue them and put liens on their property and wait for them so sell to get my money back after i show up with the tow truck and get my ruined car back.....
