Dealer quality at half the price...

I drive a 2004 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG. This car requires a certain level of knowledge to work on and Chris and Jeff at Precision Motorworks have just that. They know my car in and out just as the AMG specialist at the MB dealership would. The best part is when you get the bill it is significantly less then it would have been had you taken your car to the dealership. Excellent in all areas

More auto repair shops should try and model themselves after Precision Motorworks. It was the best customer service I have ever gotten. Everything was explained to me in detail and in ways I can understand it, since I don`t know much about cars. The prices are very good and the quality of work done is untouchable. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for service next time.

They`re a quality shop, definitely recommended

I`m glad we came across them. Their work is as good as it gets and their knowledge of Mercedes is exactly what I`d expect if I were at a dealership.

Womans point of view

After ignoring my friends recomendation to bring my BMW to Precision Motorworks (where he takes his car) I finally gave in after the THIRD time of having my car come back from the dealership and the check engine light not fixed, I expalined to the owner of the shop Chris what has been going on and I was totally impressed that I was treated like a person and not a ""stupid woman"" who wouldn`t understand anything exp... view morelained to her about her car anyway. Chris and his staff were extreamly professional and friendly. Not only did I not feel molested walking into the shop, but after getting the call that my car was all fixed and ready to go I was releived to find out that my bill was LESS than previously quoted. As an added bonus I was super happy to climb into the car and relize they even had it washed for me! I cannot recommend this shop enough.
