Great Service - Avoid Add-ons
This place really tries to nickle and dime you. I could easily have spent $300 but I showed restraint and only got my oil changed.
Everyone was friendly and VERY polite. I called first to get an estimate. The price I paid was exactly what I was told on the phone. They even accepted my $5 coupon for the Rohnert Park location (I found it on-line from valpak-dot-com.
I would recommend them but caution you to say... view more ""no"" to all of the extras.

oil pan leak
I took my 99 toyota camry in for an oil change when they told my husband that my oil pan gasket was leaking they told him that they sold a gasket sealer for 12.99 and asked if he would like to purchase it. He told them no because of the fact that i use to work at an auto parts store and he use to work in a lube center so we know it is not that expensive to replace that particular gasket. We did not question what the... view more technician had told us until we heard two other techs tell two other customers the same exact thing they had told us. We still were concerned about the problem they had told us only because it was a problem and i wanted to have it fixed. When we returned home my husband crawled under my car only to discover that my car in fact had no oil leaks and they only told me that to sell us the product. I was always pleased with the service that i had received with them until this one i will not return to this company because they lied to us only to sell a product. This incident happened in the rohnert park establishment.
