Nightmare.

They lie, they avoid, they insult -- it`s just unbelievable how dirty they are playing. They give nonsense answers and refus... view moree to admit they CAN pay me, they just don`t want to (classic: I asked how it works when someone trades in a vehicle and walks out with a new one.. and was told - actual quote, I made sure to write it down - ""Look, I don`t want to be put on the spot, I have 4 people waiting for me"". this was from Al Palmer. Chuck Baccarella, the general manager as been equally, if not more, uncooperative, as have several of their staff.
No one ever calls back, no one is available, when cornered they resort to personal attacks, when I state the facts, they say I am attacking them.
It`s like being in a really bad movie - except $10,000 of my money is at stake.
Fortunately, I know a BMW salesman & have spoken with him. He keyed in on the fact that they were NOT seeing me as a potential customer. My spouse & I are selling the Subaru, and seeing how we do with only one car...we`ll see! Of course, this is what we told Subaru. But obviously I am never ever going to deal with them again, and I`m now hoping that, for your sake, you don`t either.
So, talking with the BMW guy, it may be that they are having cash flow problems.... and can`t pay me until they sell the car.
IF this is the case - stay away, because you will get some similar form of treatment, whether buying or selling. Desperation makes people ugly, and these guys are HID-E-OUS (Although I do not KNOW why they are doing this, the fact remains that their behavior is NOT about customer service - which is very......odd, let`s say, in a sales environment).
I just cannot believe I am experiencing this - I know I shouldn`t have to -- and I don`t want you to, either. Run. There are other Subaru dealers in the area.

My best car deal ever
I was originally looking for a corolla and was unsure of the Price and if I can afford it. We were working with the FLEET MANAGER at Maita Toyota RICHARD FABELA. He recommended we also take a look at the Hyundai Elantra Because they not only sell TOYOTA but HYUNDAI and SUBARU. It has more features and is less expensive plus it had a better review on consumer reports then the corolla.
