SUNDOWNER TRAILER saved me !!!...

SUNDOWNER TRAILER saved me !!!! Stranded with my horses and a broken trailer, I called Sundowner Trailer, and Eric took the seriousness of my situation and called Robert (one of Sundowner`s mechanic). It was Robert`s day off, but he came to my rescue anyway, fixed the problem, all with a big smile. I will forever be indebited and LOYAL to Sundowner....they have HEART !!!

This place is a great place to shop. I have been coming to Sundowner for years for all my trailer needs and have had nothing but success. I have purchased and sold trailers with the Sundowner for the last 15 years and will continue to take my business to them. I agree!!! This place sucks!!! I too had stuff stolen out of my trailer when I had it up there to be sold. They got a water tank and a mattress out of mine!! Don`t shop here! Save your self a ton of headache and money.

I wouldn`t even give it half ...

I wouldn`t even give it half a star but the computer requires that I give it something. Don`t shop here!!! Theses people are crooks!!! If you try to sell a trailer through them, they will strip it of all things that are not permanent on the trailer and treat you like yesterdays trash. I looked into having them sell my trailer for me but they wanted an absurd amount of money to sell it. Some months later, the sales... view moreman called me and asked if I would want to sell my trailer if there was no cost to me. He said their business was &amp;quot;tanking&amp;quot; (his words) and they needed used trailers on the lot. I agreed and took the trailer to them. They marked it up 6 thousand dollars over the actual value of the trailer. I called and asked him to lower the price and he said he would. Well, he didn`t. I went and picked up the trailer. When I got it home it was cleaned out of all the extras that I had put on it. Feeders, Water tank, Ties, etc. When I called to get my things back , they said none of those things were ever in the trailer. I spoke to the owner and she was nasty to me and said I was rude for picking up my trailer and hung up on me. After yet another call from me, they replaced the water tank with a used one of an off brand. This place will never get my business or that of my friends and family again.
