Wait, I can not give this company Zero stars? They are super shady. Car had multiple issues within the first year. Some fairly severe where safety is a concern (Transmission troubles began at freeway speed). Their financing is designed to continually earn them undeserved money via a ridiculous interest percentage. 1 payment missed, and then paid later is apparently grounds for a Repo. They are more than delighted... view more to give you the run around afterwards by viewing Caller ID and not answering or returning calls. They (Justin & Ray) are "simple" enough to answer your call from another line and deal with you then, but still prefer to not help what so ever. This car lot, like all car lots are designed to earn the owners and employee money. However, this one seems to enjoy shafting their customers plain and simple. They knowingly sell lemons with insane financing, and then are more than happy to ruin your life even more by unjustly taking your car via a Repo company located in a completely different City and County.

This is my 2nd vehicle that I have purchased with Crown City Motors. The staff is professional, yet friendly. I don`t have the best credit, but they worked with me to ensure that my monthly payments are within my budget.

I was shopping for a SUV and found them online.I was very impressed with the way Justin and Ray handled business . Ray was very respectful , had the car checked out by my mechanic and I feel that I got a great car for my budget. I would recommend them

I have been purchasing vehicles from Crown City Motors in Pasadena for many years now and the owner, Ray, is a good friend of mine and there is nothing &quot;shady&quot; going on down at that dealership. I will continue purchasing cars from Ray and expect to get the same great service I always have.

I was very impressed with the level of service that Crown City Motors provided to me when I bought my 1996 Honda Accord from them. They didn`t treat me as just a woman, they treated me like I knew what I wanted and knew what I was talking about. WARNING: DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS

I bought car from them in cash early april, the price including all paper works, registration and title. I asked the manager about smog check. He said It`s done. After a couple months, I haven`t received registration card. I got nervous because the registration expired on may. I was stopped by police and he warned me. I went to AAA (thanks god i have AAA otherwise i have to go DMV and wait for hours). The DMV record shows the dealer hasn`t done the paper work yet. I was so furious. I called them again. ( I was pregnant, I afraid something happen to the car. How do I go to hospital. Sure enough, the day I suppose to take the car for smog check my water broke. My husband took me to hospital then go to smog check while i was in labor.) One month later I still have received registration card. This time when i check with AAA. The dealer put wrong address. The title (pink slip) take longer time to process so AAA ask me to come back to check. Then I came back to AAA to check my pink slip. I found out. They put their company as lien holder. I already paid the car in full. I called the dealer again. This time they told me I have to pay fee otherwise i can`t get the title.

They SUCK!

This dealership is aka Payless Cars Sales and aka Colorado Car Sales. It is ran by a man named Ray who is underhanded. If you have ok credit or better-DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Most of the cars on this lot are lemons and the financing is shady.
