Excellent customer Service. They fixed my car in one day went in 12/22/11 6pm and got it back 12/23/11 2pm.they`re normally not that extremely fast but they saw I really needed my car and did their best. I highly recommend them. And they are fast.

I just came from the shop and it is good news. My engine is nearly finished. Aaron took me in the back to check out the progress. WOW!! This engine is spotless. It looks brand new. Incredible. It?ˆ™s too early to give Hi-Tec two thumbs up but if it runs as good as it looks I?ˆ™m going to be happy. Aaron say?ˆ™s the team should be done this week and he is going to call me. I stopped by the shop on Wednesday. The engine was out of my car and Aaron said the parts came in on Tuesday and they were going to start the rebuild. My car has been in the shop for seven working days now.

My 1997 Camry shot a rod through the block the other night. The car is in great shape otherwise, straight body no dents clean interior. So, I look at all the options and decide that having the engine rebuilt ?ˆ?COULD?ˆ? be the best option.

I called a few shops and looked into the best place to have the work done. Then I called Hi-Tech engine in Gardena. I spoke with Aaron and he seemed very confident that they could take care of me. I mean the guy knew everything about my engine and reassured me that Hi-Tech specialized in engine rebuilding.

So, the next day I had my car towed in and Aaron gave me a tour of the shop. Well, this is not a simple repair shop. Hi-Tech is better described as an engine-rebuilding factory. They have a full-blown specialty machine shop that appears to be well staffed. They have a large inventory of replacement parts and I noted the presence multiple engines in various stages of rebuild. They have a special area for engine install, in short everything looked good. Aaron told me that the job should take between five and ten working days and would include a 1year/12,000 mile warranty.

I decide to trust him and at the same time document my experience. I?ˆ™m nervous but hopeful that they will come through.
