WORST CAR CENTER EVER

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. They deserve a NEGATIVE 10.5 star rating. This place just hits the jack pot when it comes to RUDE customer service, outrageous prices, and FRAUD.

I came here to get my car smogged for the DMV. My check engine light was on, they said I passed emissions, but failed the test because my engine light was on (nice way to explain the story). All because I ne... view moreeded a new gas cap. The guy refused to tell me what the codes were. Firstly, he didnt speak english. Secondly, he said one meant ""engine too cold for too long"". What kind of BS is that.

They charged me $40 and stated their policy is not allow free retesting! WOW.

Today, I relunctanctly took my car back, because it would have been $20 more to get the cert. ($60 total for a smog test) after repairing it with our mechanic. My mechanic infromed me I needed to drive for 60 miles to let the codes process. I drove all weekend up and down the coast on PCH. I drive back to Western ""Express"" today after work and inform the dude that I got it fixed, but asked if I needed to drive around more, cause I only drove 3.2 miles since I got off work. He said I needed to drive it for a week and drive over 100 miles. I informed him that he misunderstood me, and when I said I drove 3.2 miles, that was just since I got off work, not since I got it fixed. He put in a code machine and goes ""It say incomplete"", rips it out, doesnt let me see, and walks back to the station. Then tells me to leave.

I say ""hey man, im sure you had a long day, so I have, can we please work together, let`s be calm, help me out please."" He tells me to leave and if I don`t like it to go somewhere else. As Im walking away, I murmur ""this place is the F*ING worse"". He hears me and starts screaming ""SHUT UP, LEAVE, DONT COME BACK HERE, YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH"". I asked for his supervisor and he wouldnt tell me, obviously. Then some nice little mexican man came up and wispered ""the managers name is Javier or something, and will be in tomorrow"". Obviosly the co-workers know this smog technician is a nightmare and big POS of a co-worker.

NEVER GO HERE. They took $40 of mine for nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Now i still have to go to another smog center and wait another day to get my license plate tags.

WORST STATION EVER! Unfreakingbelievable.

They messed up my car!

They messed up my car bigtime. I went in there for an oil change, but while they were topping up my fluids, they mistakenly put power steering fluid into my brake fluid reservoir. I only realized it about a month later when my entire brake system failed because the hoses were completely corroded through, my trusted mechanic spotting the erroneous fluid as the cause.
