Great Customer Service

It`s to my pleasure to write a review for this great experience I experienced at Acura of Riverside. Not only do they have a great lounge to relax while they are working on your vehicle, but they go to the limit to help you. I had no idea my battery was almost depleted and they gave me a complete new one when in reality all I went for was an oil change. Great service

I took my new MDX in for service the first time, and I was blown away. I had a minor issue with my radio and headliner. I thought I would have to go through a complex explanation of the problems because they were really minor issues, and you could only notice it if you drove the car. Instead, they just said ""ok, we`ll take care of it."" I had planned to sit around the dealership for an hour or two while t... view morehey fixed the problem. Again, to my surprise, they said, ""I will give you a loaner car, and you can come back tomorrow."" They gave me a new TL as a loaner, which was a great car. Right on time, they called the next day, and said the car was ready. I had a meeting, so I did not think I could make it back that afternoon. They said no problem just come in whenever you are ready. I picked up the car the next day, good as new. So, in a nutshell, this experience far exceeded my expectations.

Full service dealership

I have used Acura of Riverside exclusively for vehicle maintenance on both my TL and MDX for the past seven years and they have always exhibited a high level of professionalism and expertise. They are always courteous and friendly no matter what the circumstances. About a month ago I purchased a 2012 TL, and I was able to see what the sales side of the house was really like, I was not disappointed. The sales departme... view morent personnel were warm and friendly; they did not try to rush you into something just to make a sale. They took their time and made you feel comfortable with your purchase, and made sure you were happy, before the deal was closed. This Dealership has great customer service in all areas; sales, service and parts departments. They also have a clean and comfortable waiting room with Starbucks coffee. They are really interested in pleasing their customers.

They are very thoughtful in their approach to customer service, if I need any repairs done that will take a few hours they offer me a courtesy car to use until my car is done which allows me to still run errands and go on with my life while my car is being worked on with out inconveniencing any of my family members for a ride to and from. i used to love working my cars,but as they got more complicatd i found that i could no longer keep up. dealers scared me as they always overcharged in what they do! when we bought our first SATURN from now ACCURA of RIVERSIDE i was amazed at the attention & quality of their work! i feel like a real person not just a number! and their prices are very reasionable! i highly recommend them to anyone!

Best Service Staff in Town

Being a woman, I sometimes get looked down on or treated with less than respect when it comes to car repairs. I want to give a big shout-out to Acura of Riverside, and especially to Robert Gaska. What a great group of people! Robert has been very accommodating and helpful, and has worked to save me money whenever possible, while still making sure that the work is done at the highest level.
