Immaculate job on my M3
Took my 95` M3 there after ripping the front end off. Did amazing work and replaced all parts with BMW OEM body parts. The car looked like it never had a issue when I got it back. lines matched up perfectly, paint tones where right on, you couldn`t tell at any angle or light that it was in a wreck. Everything mechanical was taken care of by Steve Thomas BMW and was done by factory techs. The car drove like new. ... view more I have used other shops pushed by other insurance companies and have had to have the work done by those shops redone by EPR due to horrible painting and body work. They really take the time to make it look like new and don`t use shortcuts. Top notch service, great and experienced body shop employees.

Professional, Honest & Caring
My cars cigarette lighter was not working and I was told my a friend to check the fuse for the same. But I didn`t have any clue where to look for the fuse and how do i replace it. So i went to EPR collisions by lloking online and went to their shop. The front desk person was so caring and professional. She took my car inside the garage and I was made to be seated on the lobby. After 5 mins she called me in to the Gar... view moreage and a Mechanic was already working on my car. He showed me in detail what was the reason the fuse got blown away, where the fuse is located, where do i get a fuse and how do i change it myself. He said that he would have replaced the fuse by himself but unfortunately they ran out of that kind of fuse.
Remember....All this was done in 10 mins for NO COST. When I picked up my car, then I relaized my CD player is working working and it was asking for a code. I told them about the issue and they were kind enough to locate the Access code for my CD player in my car manual and they made my player work again (since my car battery has to br brought down to change the fuse and that made the CD player to restart again and hence i need the code to be entered to bring back to normal mode).

Awesome work
My BMW dealership recommended me to EPR; they`ve been sending their auto bodywork to EPR for over 5 years and they think EPR is great. Now I know why.
I was a little concerned when I googled EPR and saw that there were a couple of negative reviews. I read the reviews and they didn`t make any sense--read them and you`ll see what I mean--because no business is going to treat customers like the negative reviews... view more said if they want to stay in business. When I called EPR to make the appointment, I asked about the reviews. They were very out front about them. They said they had no idea who wrote them, or why, and two separate people there told me, independently, that they`d gone back and checked their records to try to see who it was that would say these things, but nothing matched up. I believe them--and I investigate fraud for a living, so that`s sayng something..
EPR took my BMW Z4 in on a Monday morning, and called me Wednesday to tell me it would be ready on Thursday. I picked it up that Thursday, and it looked as if it had just come off the assembly line! I mean it looked great.
These are good people who do a quality job, and I`d go there again in a heartbeat. Their front office is immaculate--unlike any collision repair shop youve ever seen. You`ll probably be talking to Amber or Dan if you call in, and they are the nicest and most sincere folks you can imagine, and were easy to reach. I highly recommend that you ignore the silly negative reviews and do yourself, and your car, a favor.
Sincerely,
John Britt

AWSOME JOB
MY CAR GOT BACKED INTO IN A PARKING LOT. MERCURY INSURANCE RECOMENDED THIS SHOP. I WENT IN & THE FRONT RECEPTION WAS SO SWEET & THE OTHER PEOPLE I DELT WITH WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME IN DETAIL & ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK I WAS SO PLEASED THAT IT LOOKED BRAND NEW AGAIN & THEY GAVE ME WARRANTY IN CASE THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS.

Boo, Hiss!
BMW was rear ended, $11,500 damage. Recommended by local BMW dealer. Took over 2 months to get back. Never returned phone calls. The 1st thing I noticed, the jack hole covers were missing. Took 2 years to finally get them from EPR. 2nd - didn`t replace the seat belt - repairman insisted it was ""wear & tear"". Finally received seatbelt 2 months later. Stereo slid in/out of console. Trim has fallen off in 2 s... view moreeperate areas on vehicle. Taken back twice, and rear defroster still doesn`t work. It worked before the accident! All tail lights damaged in accident work - sometimes. Taken back at least 3 times - currently not working! I hate this repair shop but they guarantee their work so as long as I own the car, I will keep taking it back to prove their incompentcy! Spare yourself! Go somewhere else!
I also have another friend who took her BMW there and received the same horrible treatment as I did!

Go elsewhere
Car was rear-ended and Mercury Ins. recommend their shop so I went to them. Got my car back and notice the paint and metal work wasn`t acceptable so they took the car back to fix this. Once I received my car back again I notice the paint and metal work was fine but now the lines where the taillight and metal meets wasn`t perfect but I decided not to take it back. But that is not the real problem here. Two days la... view moreter I find that my A/C doesn`t work and now my stereo is tuning off and on. I can`t prove they did this to my ride but use caution when going to them.

BMW 540i
Just bought a used 2002 BMW 540i when the front end got clipped. $10k later, EPR did an awesome job with the repairs, and dealing with the insurance companies on my behalf.
