My 2010 TDI Sportwagen tranny went out,

My 2010 TDI Sportwagen tranny went out, at 4:00 pm. on the day I was moving my office to another location. These guys are superb. Jesse in the service department (Jesse James, yes, thats his real name) called and got me a rental car, which Hertz brought to me since I was stranded at my new office. Mickele, the other service writer, is also wonderful to work with. These folks made a disastrous end of day alot easier... view more for me. Thank God the car is still under warranty! This has been the only problem; til now I have just loved this car. Even at $4.39/gallon, I like getting 35 miles per. My experience here has been superior to the service recieved on true luxury cars like Infiniti.

Exceptional!

The service representatives were exceptional. I was able to make an appt for the time convenient to me. The shuttle vehicle was convenient and prompt. I was kept informed of all charges to the original estimate.

Went the extra mile

Jesse was phenomenal throughout my visit to Cardinale VW. I was greeted warmly and professionally; he helped me fix the issue with my `01 Golf quickly. He set a reasonable expectation as far as my wait and kept to it. He went the extra mile and helped me fix a couple issues I was unaware of. I will return to this dealership again and refer any/all friends to do business here. Thank you!

Definitely be back

the appointment coordinator was able to get my appointment set within minutes, and I received a reminder call the day before my appointment, also finding out ahead of time if we needed a shuttle ride. when I came into the service dept on the morning of my appointment the service writer greeted me and asked a lot of questions about the noise my wife was hearing. after signing my estimate the shuttle took me to work. J... view moreesse called me to let me know what my car needed and how much it would take to repair it within 2 hours and the work was done before I got off work. when I went to pick up my car and pay for the bill Jesse even stopped to make sure I understood everything that was done and see if I had any additional questions instead of just handing me of to a cashier like other dealers I have been to. will definitely be back, this place is great!!

Was there to help me through

Jonas was my sales consultant. My wife and I had an outstanding experience during the purchase of the car. I attribute this to his professionalism, knowledge of the car and personality.
