horrible...dont waste your time&money

This place is bad news. They have a mechanic named matt who has a shop behind the dealership... my car has been in his care now for a week and all he has done is "accidentally" put on the wrong starter and told mehe has to special order a new one(for a ford focus) He initially quoted me $253 for a starter and $70 for labor, but when I told him I priced a starter for $139, he changed his mind and said he`d f... view moreix it for $200 out the door and he"ll get the part from his guys... I`ve also have had to go down there twice already for an update. He never called once to give me a status. & even though I was supposed have my car last Friday as promised, here it is Tuesday afternoon and I still don`t have my car.

They have a great service department, low prices and the work was finished as promised, i will defiantly be going back for all of my vehicle needs from now on
