I was in an accident Jan 2011 that was ruled 100% not my fault and took my truck to CCC. This turned out to be a disaster! -It took just nearly THREE MONTHS for me to get my truck back -In an effort for the CCC to save a few hundred bucks it cost me $1000 OF MY OWN MONEY (the truck cost 14K). This was because the insurance co. deemed that CCC was overpricing them and charged me the rental price. -They plac... view moreed an old used bed on the back of my truck ""made it look new."" I`m fine with that, despite it being in mint condition, but it took so many man-hours to ""fix"" the old bed that the insurance company refused to pay them -I had to finally take multiple days off to act as a negotiator between the collision center and the insurance adjuster to finally settle the deal-a job that CCC had advertised that they would manage BOTTOM LINE: CCC`s customer service was abysmal (even though I got management involved-didn`t help) and the only guy that was 100% not at fault (yours truly) ended up paying a THOUSAND DOLLARS of his own money/not to mention time off work for the Collision Center`s (and Insurance Company`s) incompetence! Bad Service

This place of business gave me the run around. They were slow to get the work done, didn`t order parts in a timely fashion,I ended up paying triple car rental fees because of their very bad, very slow service. They would not take any of the blame and help out with car rental fees as my auto insurance was willing to pay an additional two weeks to help out. I do not recommend this auto body shop to any one. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, being the nice person that I am but they took advantage of that and were not willing to take any responsiblity for their very poor customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

takes too long! not professional!

I would not recommend this place. To replace my bumper it took over 1 week, I still don`t have my car yet so I don`t even know if they did a good job, but they didn`t even call me to let me know it was delayed, I had to call them and ask. Both days I was told it would be ready it was not and they didn`t even have the decency to call me and let me know. The worst part of it all is that I have to drive a rental for ... view moremore than a week and it`s not cheap to pay for a rental. Replacing a bumper should not take over a week!!
