Firestone provides good service and price matches
Met with Van and he was able to give me a good price for the run flat tires on my bmw 335i coupe. Was quoted $350 at other shops, however, got my tires for under $300. Thanks Van.

Overcharge
I went there to have my brakes done on my Volvo s60. Fortunately I know all about brakes so they didn`t get a chance to screw me. I would do have done them myself however I was feeling a little to lazy to waist half a day working on my car. Anyway they tried to claim i had a faulty caliper and wanted $520+Labor to replace it. It`s a $120.00 part and it can be replaced while changing the pads and an extra couple m... view moreinutes. They wanted to charge me $250 for my rotors which are a $60.00 each for quality replacements. On top of all that they wanted another $250 for replace the pads. Over $1000.00!!! give be a brake! LOL.... I took it to Brake Masters and was charged $275.00 complete. The caliper was in good working order btw and did not need to be replaced.
