Worst Customer Service! In per...

Worst Customer Service! In person and over the phone you can`t get a straight answer from them. $90 dollars to change a front bulb on a 1998 Toyota that only cost $5 at Auto Zone.I did it my self, it took only 15min, he had stated they had to remove the battery to install it and that would take a few hours! Integrity means everything

Many repair shops exist between Huntington Beach and Trans Plus in Long Beach but I would go nowhere else for oil changes on up to major work. I have personally known Danny for 20+years and trust him with our many vehicles. Regarding major work, he will advise whether or not repairs need to be done now for safety reasons or can wait. Several friends we have recommended to visit Danny and Steve have been very satisfied with the work and are repeat customers. An example of going above and beyond was a time when good friends were visiting from Texas years ago and discovered radiator trouble the day they were hoping to drive home. Danny was very busy that day but was able to get them back on the road later in the day. Obviously they were very grateful and satisfied. I can go on with more examples but the bottom line is that I will go nowhere else.

Honest Guys

Transplus has been taking care of my car and many friends I have referred there for over 5 years. They are honest and do what is needed and advise you on what can wait. I used to only go to the dealer, but I have found that I am in better hands with Danny and Steve

Good to Me, Good to my Car

Only place I let Service my 2003 Grand Marquis. Easy people to deal with. Diffucult to find a Garage that is honest with you. They have specials, by coupon mailed to me at frequent intervals. I like the fact they are Family owned andhave been ever since I first found out about them through one of my friends

Great and Honest full service mechanic

Danny and Trans Plus were recommended to us by a friend almost 8 years ago and we don`t take our vehicles anywhere else. They are very honest, reliable and trustworthy. We trust them completely to take care of everything for our gas and diesel vehicles, new and old (one with 284,000 miles). Give them a try, you will be very glad you did !
