Lousy Workmanship Immature & False Promises

If you want to waste your time and money, do pay a visit to this ill managed place. I took my sister`s car to them for a detail job just this past Friday @ 11 A.M. The employee told me charge for the job would be 85$ and the car would be ready at 2:00 P.M. He then increased the rate to 100$, which I agreed with. As we were leaving the apparent owner(Rafael) was driving in. He himself said, ""We don`t want to was... view moreh the car, we want to make sure it would be a thorough detail job"", at a cost of 250$. I still accepted it making sure, repeatedly that I wanted an excellent job. He then said that the car would be ready on Monday, so they kept it over the weekend. Later that day, someone called my sister saying that the car was ready, which just the time I was returning to Palo Alto(my hometown) after dropping my sister in San Jose, so I called the owner who said, ""My cousin does not know what he is doing. Never mind him."" I reiterated my position to him that I wanted a quality job and price was not the primary factor. Then again, the AAA Collision Repair staff called my sister that her car was ready, on Sat. I again talked with the owner who disputed that. In short, they they called again and said that her car was ready on Mon. My sister had to get a ride to the shop, upon arrival which she disappointingly noticed the car was NEVER touched, so she simply drove away. I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. STAY AWAY and learn from my FRUSTRATING experience.
