One of a kind experience. Service Manager knew my exact problem once I explained the symptoms of my new Kenworth. Went to 3 other shops, not one of them understood the issue, or could come up with a solution. The parts department was surpisingly reasonable with parts compared to the old shop I used to go to all the time for the past 15 years.
