Do not go here! I bought my car and paid for license fees and registration, and they called me to pick up my plates and tried to charge me again. The salesmen admitted to doing it to everyone and the man who drove with me during my test drive was under the influence and admitted to it. Bad customer service! I would give less than one star if I could. Once I mentioned bringing my lawyer they changed their minds

I had found a Cadillac in "Mi ...

I had found a Cadillac in "Mi Carrito" magazine that we wanted to purchase and since we were over 2 hours away from Bakersfield, we wanted to talk with them to see what we could do to get this vehicle at a decent price since it was a distance from where we live. I had talked with the Sales Personnel "JJ and Edgar" and they said they would make this worth my time. I had asked them to send me pics... view more to my phone of the inside of the vehicle and they told me that they couldn`t because their cell phone was dead, but when I called again about an hour later I was told that the car was at the shop being polished. So we drove down to Bakersfield to get the Cadillac and it was not even there, when they drove up in the car the car was Dusty and Dirty-it was never polished or clean, the back seat was not even set in place and the paint job was the worst, it looked like it was cosmetic to cover up damage to the vehicle. When my husband asked if they had a Carfax on the vehicle they said no. My husband decided to take if for a test drive and when they moved forward the car jumped and didn`t want to go. This was the worst experience ever for anyone, I feel like they were trying to rip me off and sell me a piece of junk. They are nothing but huslers and really don`t care about the customers only about trying to put money in their pockets for junk vehicles. I do not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them. Worse exerience ever.
