****Worst Customer Service Ever****

Do not waste any of your time or money dealing with these unprofessional jokers. This dealership sold me a brand new $40,000 truck that has a shaking problem in the front end and I cannot get them to even look at it. I had made a service appointment (as suggested) to have the problem looked at and once the vehicle gets there (at 12pm as recommended when making appointment) I am told that they will not have time to lo... view moreok at it so they can send me away with no documentation of this problem whatsoever. I then tried emailing different managers within the dealership only to have my emails go completely ignored. (no response whatsoever) I usually purchase new cars quite frequently but I can honestly say that this is the first and last time they will ever get a dollar from me. No wonder Chrysler is having financial problems if there dealerships are being run like this place. STAY AWAY!!!!! You`ve been warned....
