My vehicle was towed here on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning at 8 am when they opened I told them what was happening with my pick-up. By 9:30 the problem was diagnosed (in between lots of other customers). They called a rental agency for me so I could reach a destination on time. This top quality workmanship, there prices are very competitive with the other shops in the area. James and randy are fully certified and give qualitiy service. I have taken all four of my vehicles there over the years and have had no problems what so ever. I am sure there are other shops who claim this but i wouldn`t risk it to save a few bucks. I have been taking my vehicles...

I have been taking my vehicles here for years. They have always been professional and courteous. Their prices are competitive and they make recommendations without it being a hard sell. I do recommend Tehachapi Automotive to my family and friends and will continue doing so!

Not good!

They are a rip off, had to have our truck towed out of there after they took it apart then couldn`t fix it and still tried to charge us and they lose parts. we had to go to a diffrent auto shop.
