Great Service

My car was broken into over the weekend. I was able to call that night and was scheduled for the following day. The technicians work was quality and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Glass Pro to anyone.

Avoid!

Don?t give them your business! Glass Pro quoted us a decent price to repair a broken side window of a recent model car and then matched the lowest price we were quoted. Jessica was very nice on the phone. Good start, but all downhill from there. 30 minute quote became 2 hours. Then mysteriously a DIFFERENT window than the one they worked on would not go up or down. The manager offered to ?fix? this for a charge... view more. Only when my girlfriend called me to come in and talk to the manager were we taken seriously. Then it was conveniently OK. At the end of the day, the experience of having someone break into our car and steal a laptop was only half as frustrating as the robbery attempted by Glass Pro! (This review was written about the Oakland location, but the manager we worked with claimed that he was the manager of all Nor Cal locations including this one.)

Poor customer service

I googled Glass Pro and was shocked to find people with the similiar experience in the SF store!
First.........I arrived at 1:30pm. Told to come back at 2pm. Told it would be 15-20 more. Job was done
at 3pm!
Second...I ask if they thoroughly vacuumed all the glass because I sometimes have my grandkids in the back
seat. He said, ""Yes, we did!"" I found s... view moremall shreds of glass all over the seat and belt clips.
Third........I neglected to check their work, my bad, and upon arriving home saw a 12 inch scratch near the
a rea where the glass was repaired.

Recomendation for BETTER customer service:
Be realistic about the length of time a job is expected to be completed so the customer is able to
schedule his day.
Glass pieces are dangerous, vacuum more better.
A visible and obvious scratch. Why didn`t they mention it?
Shop around for another glass repair place.
