Very Unsatisfied

I took my truck into Oilstop and had an Automatic transmission fluid change done to my truck. Not more than twenty miles later the tranny started slipping. Come to find out they didn`t change the filter. After complaing and asking for my money back, the District Manager told me I was out of luck. Oilstop sacrifices quality service for speed. What`s the point of doing the work if you don`t do it right? I highly discou... view morerage anyone to take their car there for any kind of service.

Bad

On Saturday 3/28/09 i went to have my van washed I am a parapalegic but i drive a VMI conversion handicap van however i must stay in the van as there is no driver seat i drive from my wheelchair I got the $11 outside only wash I noticed they offer 3 outside only washs $11-$15- $20 What is the difference outside is outside . when i got home i noticed the wheelcovers were still dirty they had been wiped but still had s... view moretreaks and brake dust on them I am very un happy with this job I will never go there again
