Ken and Jamal could not have been more welcoming and Jamal was very happy to provide me with many opportunities to purchase some of your fantastic products. Ken, even came out and showed me how to work all the myriads of things on my car, that I had not even realized existed, which only added to my great ride back to Seattle. Don, the owner,was so gracious and fun, and did not seem to mind that I had shown up unannounced and was taking up his employees time.
