Casa De Cadillac also owns ""Subaru of Sherman Oaks"" and the Subaru Dealer has been pretty ethical with repairs and my warranty. I drive a Subaru Impreza, and i got in an accident. I was recommended to the Casa De Cadillac bodyshop by the Subaru Dealer. They overcharged my insurance for a repair that probably cost $5,000 to fix. They were driving my car around, it took ""JOSH"" about 2 hour to bring my car back when... view more I was waiting. On top of that, my front end fell apart because they did not put screws where they should`ve along with my sideskirt. I asked them to repair it, and they always say ""we`ll call you back when we get the part"". They said they would warranty all their work. I even asked just for the screws to do my own repair. They are always fronting with some kind of excuse not to help me out. On top of that, they treated me really bad. They treated me like I`m an idiot, who doesn`t know about cars. They said ""don`t bring your car here if your check engine light is on"". My paint has chipped, there`s drips they never cleaned up, there is over spray from painting another car. I have tried finding a lawyer, and I have talked to my insurance. It is helpless. I hope one day JUSTICE IS SERVED ICE COLD FOR THESE PEOPLE!

If you must go to Cadillac for overpriced service repairs then please DO NOT GO TO LARRY GERUALDO. Larry Gerualdo is a middle aged con artist. Larry Gerualdo takes advantage of customers and charges them twice or three times as much as it would cost you at another place. I agree with the previous poster that all they care about is making money. Not only did Larry Gerualdo rip me off, ... view morehe also treated me very badly in the process. In addition, all repair work that I have done on my car breaks down in a year or so. Very crappy repair work!

Save Yourself the Aggravation
This place is less than honorable. All they care about is getting your money. I feel strongly that they overcharged my insurance company by between $1,000 to $1,500, which I feel really badly about...especially since they also treated my quite badly. Please be very careful and, if possible, avoid this shop. at all costs.

Terrible Experience
I drove in my Escalade and waited for these knuckleheads behind the counter to get
out of their chairs. No one was helpful, or attempted to help me in anyway. I got out
and waited at the counter for someone to help me out. I haven`t even had to wait for 10 seconds at any other dealer, let alone get out and ask for help. The customer service here stinks.
