Customer service was a joke

i highly do not recommend this place. when they say it will take an hour...the really mean 6 hours. they haggle the price horribly and when i had my alarm installed, thhey forgot so many things like the led light and automatic locks...come on...seriously, dont come here. u will be robbed.

RUN!! SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME

SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF STRESS AND MONEY!!!!!
I took my Suburban to this place to get a DVD system put in about 4 years ago. Had a DVD player put in dash, video in passenger visor, and a fold down in center of roof. Had them install wireless headset system.

Get home and kids want to try it out.. They put on headphones ..no sound.. Gues what the idiots did? They put the sound sensor for wireless head set i... view moren front of fold down monitor, It blocked system when down. I took it back , guy sits in front seat and puts on headset, It works fine... LOL finally had him sit in back...""ohh crap, never had that happen before."" so they put another one behind monitor, Yes have 2 sensors because they couldn`t take out first one and leave hole.

This system never has worked right. I have taken it back between 15-20 times. We have never watched over 3 movies in their entire lenght without problems. I took it too Washington , the visor monitor got so hot it burned my hand. When I got back they said the visor monitor was bad and out of warranty. I paid to replace. The fold down started messing up, same thing paid to replace.

Now neither monitor works ..goes in and out and says no signal. Took it back again on Wednesday. They had some new tech working their , he said the dvd player was crap and needed a signal amplifier to which they wanted to charge me $69.00.

I asked them if it needed it , why didn`t they put it in to begin with.. They had no answer.. The new tech they had was very professional and nice. He said the system was installed wrong and was crap. He also said that he was sorry how I was treated and was going to quit that day. He could not believe how they talked to me. He said that shop was the most ridiculous place he has ever worked...

When I talked to the ""sales floor "" people , they didn`t give a crap..As I was waiting , I was looking online at all the reviews on here and the BBB.

I asked the guy , have you seen these horrible online reviews about your shop?

He replied ""we don`t give a SH*t what people say online or the BBB.""

He told me to get my vehicle out of their shop and leave... I did.

Seriously people .... That place is a scam.... Stay safe and stay away

was charged $150 to much. Next day fould the advertisment i has asked about and found he had charged for installation that was advertised as includded
