Don`t use them. They were called by Toyota Roadside Assistance to tow my Prius to Tracy Toyota and were specifically asked to provide a tow dollie and the ability to pick up the front wheels rather than pulling it up on the back of a truck. When the truck got here, about a half hour after they specifically said they would be here, the driver wanted to take the car to Stockton Toyota (Stockton is where the tow compa... view moreny is located) instead of Tracy and he wanted to drag my front wheel car across the pavement and up the truck even though the transmission could not be taken out of park. It took several times of me saying it was expected by the Tracy service dept and that it was not going to Stockton before he finally called his shop to tell them. The same goes for getting him to pick up the front end instead of dragging it as he wanted to do. By the time he finally left pulling the car, I was still left with the impression I could not trust him to take it to Tracy. By then I was way late for a meeting.
Toyota Roadside Assistance had assured me (after they double checked with the towing company) that I did not need to be there when the tow company came to get the car. However, I`m glad I stayed because otherwise the car would have ended up in a different town 40+ miles away from where it should be and likely would have had transmission damage due to being drug along the asphalt and up the truck.
