Reviews:

terrible service dept!! worst experience ever!!
brought my car in for CPO engine service. Took them over 3 weeks to finish it. the whole time the car was there they didnt bother to give an estimate for the extra parts I requested. Finally I was giving a total before pick up which I was shocked to hear the price. Any smart consumer could have found them online for way cheaper. $300 for something that could be purchased for $100. After talking to the servi... view morece manager, who is an absolute moron, we go into an argument. Words were exchanged and out of nowhere, one of his young thug employees came out of nowhere and assaulted me!! On top of that, the service manager filed a false police report an accused me of pushing him. Mind you, I have my dominant arm in a sling post open surgery. do you know it is against the law to file a false police report...? DO NOT GO TO IRVINE BMW!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, BEAT UP, OR NOT HAVE YOUR CAR LONGER THAN IT SHOULD BE,

What a lease
I leased a car from them barnd new. After I signed the papers for a 2009 X5 for payments of nearly $1275.00 per month since a friend was working there and said that is really a good deal. Considering I have great credit and no problems making payments. A year later a frriend of mine told me he has the same car and leased it from the same place one month apart from me and is paying $759.00. I called them and they sai... view mored at the time that was the lease price. These people are not trustworthy people. If you wish to buy somehting from them make sure you check their numbers. Do not deal with them. Oh and their service department is an R and R place they have no idea how to fix anything that is technical.

The BMW`s reputation ruined one customer at a time.
I purchased a brand new 535i two years ago. This car has been in their shop on and off for almost 2 months all together. If I do the calculations correctly It means each year instead of a $60k BMW that I bought I drove a lousy rental car for 1 month .and interestingly they act as if they were doing me a favor fixing a car that is under the manufacture warranty. They haven`t been able or willing to correct the engine ... view moremalfunctions and other issues. The service advisers are either not knowledgeable and savvy or they simply lie to you assuming the customers are illiterate or both. Most employees are acting like a gang, not so much as a friendly group of coworkers, it seems like they don`t want to be there. I haven`t met any friendly employee in this dealership except for the sales crew. The service team must be under constant stress from the top (the owners and the managers). I have been a business owner and an employer for over 20 years. I think the management team of this dealership needs to be blamed for having so many unhappy employees. This clearly shows in the way the stuff are treating the customers of BMW company. It also demonstrates the owners lack of leadership. The BMW`s reputation ruined one customer at a time. This was my first experience with the BMW and most likely the last one too. Thanks

WOW .... Everyone is so friendly
Ok... never done this before! I just read the comments below and i don`t believe one thing he says . The whole transaction was so simple. my sales guy was kind of new so he introduced me to Howie , the sales manager. Howie was actually very helpful and respectful, he took his time finding me the right car. I actually went in to buy a 5 series and went home with a 6 series, it was only $50 bucks more per month, ok so ... view moreits a stick shift ...but shouldn`t a bmw be a stick?

I did lots of research, auto market is bad but BMW is still going strong, the guy probably made a dumb offer that why he said Howie pretty much kicked him out. Come on people , if you do not want to be offended, don`t offend them and be realistic.

If you want a great deal, go see Howie at Irvine BMW and find out for yourself how nice and respectful he is.
I actually got a convertible, can`t wait till the rain stop .

Totally Lacks Customer Service
Do NOT go to Irvine BMW!!! I`ve had two very disappointing car shopping experiences there.

The first time I went was last year. The salesperson (forgot his name--young, ample-sized guy) kept talking about how he likes racing, how often he goes to the tracks and how he`s saving to get an M5. He was cocky and talked like a know-it-all. It was irritating! I ended up getting a car at Tustin Infiniti (consistently ... view moreexcellent service).

My second experience was very recent. Diamond was the salesperson who helped me and was courteous enough to deal with. When it came down to talking about price, we were going back and forth on the numbers. The sales manager, Howie, came over and abruptly ended the talks and basically gave me the boot. Howie is a schmuck who doesn`t know the first thing about customer service. Anyway, I then went to Sterling BMW in Newport Beach and got my car there. While I was with the finance guy, Diamond from Irvine BMW called me to follow up, and I told him I was signing papers for my new car at Sterling BMW. He was shocked. That felt sooo good!!!

Call Brian Cummings at Sterling BMW for a positive car shopping experience--(949) 278-7833. He`s knowledgeable and will treat you with respect.

Great Deal and friendly sales person
I just purchased my BMW on Saturday 6/7/08. I came from out of town and visited two other BMW shops. These guys gave me the best deal and best service. I totally recommend them. I went to Crevier BMW and they we awefully arrogant and not willing to deal when needed. TIP: All shoppers of pre-owned BMW`s should buy certified BMW`s because they include a factory warranty!!! consider that if you`re buying from a non BMW... view more shop because it cost about $3400 additional for a good warranty coverage. Also buy the maintenance package because it pays for itself within 30k driven miles. Enjoy life:)

Best Orange County BMW Experience
I`ve purchased cars at other Orange County dealerships and I was very pleased with my experience at Irvine BMW. My salesman was Haoie Luc and he treated me with respect. He listened to me and then answered all my questions. There were no surprises and no bait and switch. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid. Very cool. I would recommend Irvine BMW to my friends.

Worlds worst Dealership!!!!
Before I start, I am somewhat of a ""car nut"" . I have owned over 20 new cars from Mercedes and Porsches to Chevys, and Hondas, so I know what I am talking about. Irvine BMW is above and beyond the worst dealership I have ever experienced. I have never been so poorly treated.
First off the mark their cars up thousands over MSRP, then they refuse to give you a loaner car for warranty work even if you are towed ... view morein ""because you didn buy the car here""
Their service department is a joke! They refuse to fix warranty problems calling them ""wear items"".
I could go on and on.
Usually I am complementary of dealerships and give them the highest ratings, As they seem to go out of their way to acomidate me.
Mercedes actually makes you want to buy a new car from them.
It`s too bad because BMW is a better car, but next time it`s back to Mercedes for me!!

Completely Unethical
They tried to sell me some special body care package, which I politely declined, but then they wrote it into the contract, so I asked them to remove that section and re-print the contract. They reprinted the contract, but left it in, and I signed it without checking. Ergo, I now pay $40/month for a ""deal"" that I didn`t want and asked to not purchase TWICE.

Their immorality is absolutely appauling. I can... view morenot discourage you from going there enough.

Avoid
They do not know what they are doing. They cannot fix anything and they are very rude. Take your car elsewhere.
