This dealer is not a ordinary car dealer... Good customer service, easy to deal with.. i can actually trust what they say... Unlike other dealers i been to , This place gave straight price. No BS!!! will go back when i need another car, dont waste time at sac automalls :D

Have you ever noticed that a car sales man or in this case a finance director by the name of Kevin are only nice until the deal is done? Well my deal did not go thru and all I got was a big finger. They refused to give me my down payment back and then THEY TRY TO SELL ME ANOTHER CAR! If my credit wasnt good enough the first time what is going to make it better the second time? When I asked to speak to someone over... view more him I was told that they don`t answer their cell phones on weekends, gimme a break! Then i was told I would get my money on Monday so now I am stuck without a car all weekend and no money to get another one.
If you are looking to buy a new or used car DON""T GO TO HANLEES FORD or any of the other dealers on this street. They are all owned by the same people. Go to FOLSOM LAKE TOYOTA the service is much better and there is no hassle if you dont qualify you dont drive home in it. I hope this helps someone from making the same mistake I did.
AND NO, IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT I HAVE BAD CREDIT, BUT IT IS THEIR FAULT FOR TELLING ME MY CHECK WOULD BE READY WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE CAR AND THEY FAILED TO PRODUCE.
