Service after the sale-thumbs down!

This company is diligent when it comes to the sale, but the service after the sale is poor at best.

If you purchase a pre owned vehicle from this company be forewarned the follow up will come with tons of lip service and no follow through.

I recently purchased a vehicle with a seat issue. I was assured that the seat could be fixed in house after a quick patch the seat failed to work.

The sales... view more associate then referred me to a local dealer as the car was still under warranty. Two weeks later I am now waiting on the parts for the repair which may be completed a month after I was assured it could be fixed easily.

Note to self and others make sure the work is complete before you sign on the dotted line.

My experience with Beshoff Infiniti

The very moment you walk into Beshoff Infiniti, you are made to feel at home. The Beshoff staff is quite professional and extremely courteous.
