Honest And Quick
My first time there. I`ve seen this place a hundred times in passing, but never had occasion to visit. My son`s VW was hit and needed to be fixed. I thought this would be my chance to FINALLY go there and, boy. was I surprised! This guy had complete knowledge of what was needed to repair the damage on the doors. I thought I had to obtain 3 repair estimates to submit to the kid who hit my son`s car, but times have cha... view morenged sinced the 80`s. Not only did ( I think his name was) Gus give the lowest estimate, but was clean, honest and finished on time. How`s that for service? The kid did not complain that the estimate was high; rather, he was surpised the the estimate was low.
A good point about Gus is he is a very friendly person. I didn`t get the impression he was out to rip customers off. In fact, before I got there, he was helping another person that was trying to buy an after-market tail light. All the places this customer got quotes from were expensive! Gus said he was trying to help this guy not get ripped off by those over-priced places. I was impressed! Though I don`t know the outcome, I`m sure Gus was a big help.
So in conclusion, if you`re ever involved in a accident and you want great service, low prices and someone who will explain the work, head over to Ortiz Body Shop. Don`t go anywhere else! You`ll save money, time and you`ll be glad you went there. Tell him Mike sent you.
