I was allowed and even encouraged to take my time with this decision. Pete Nicholls delivers excellent customer service. He patiently answered all of my questions (and there were literally dozens of them) and took me on as many test drives as I requested. I found my way to Dependable Dodge through the Automobile Club new vehicle purchase program. I dealt with Pete Nicholls who made my buying experience smooth and positive. Pete has an easy going personality and come across as honest and sincere. After my purchase, I had a hands free bluetooth system installed. Pete called me the same day of my purchase to schedule the appointment for the installation. He made a point to meet with me the day of my appointment and introduced me to Brian in Service. Brian did an excelllent job with the installation and explained what he was going to do before starting the job. He completed the job on time and the hands free system operates perfectly!

I would highly recommend Dependable Dodge in a heartbeat.

I was searching for a particular Challenger model, color, and options. I had contacted several Dodge dealers, and most of them were pushing their existing stock. I stopped by Dependable Dodge, and spoke with Marc. He was perfectly happy to order my exact car from the factory. He also offered a special discount for AAA members, which I am (he is a Fleet Sales Manager). It turned out that the discount price was very cl... view moreose to the offer I was going to make (I looked up dealer cost on the model and options, and was prepared to pay that plus several hundred dollars). The car was delivered on the exact date promised. I actually enjoyed talking financing with John (a rare experience), who exerted only minimal pressure to buy extended warranties, etc. Plus the dealership has a cool custom original Challenger in the showroom that they built themselves. What more could you ask? If you are shopping for a Dodge, I would highly recommend Dependable Dodge in a heartbeat.

We quickly came to agreement on price, and the website allowed me to select the specific vehicle I was interested in before I had even visited. Very friendly staff, very forthcoming, and they communicated everything in a very straightforward manner. I really couldn`t ask for much more. In the future I feel since I contacted them via email they could have given me the price they were willing to sell the vehicle for before I arrived, but the process was speedy so this was a non-issue in the end.

The process was painless

We went all the way to Canoga Park to buy our Dodge Grand Caravan even though there is a Dodge dealership right here in Santa Clarita where we live. Why? Because of Pete Nicholls. We did a great deal of research before buying and knew exactly what we were looking for. My husband spoke to Pete on the phone several times to get information on what they had in stock, what they could get from other nearby dealers etc. Pe... view morete was always helpful, considerate and informative (unlike some of the folks from other dealerships who couldn`t answer a simple question on differences between models unless you came into their dealership). When we finally went to the dealership, Pete was friendly and helpful. I couldn`t believe how painless the whole process was. Love our new Caravan but when we need to buy a car again...we will definitely call Pete.
