I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE , this guy tried to run a scam, and said that my crankshaft pulley was broken. when it actually came from the factory that way. well to say the idiot got owned and my car passed by him with the pulley that he tried to get me to take to his friends or brothers shop to have repaired!!! smog

this is pertaining to the last guy who left a bad review. this customer was upset his vehicle was failing and preceded to threaten the employee and also demean his own wife in front of customers and employees. he was asked to leave and then left a bad review to cause more problems for the shop that gave him a free retest and passed the vehicle when everything was fine. this guy is a lier and abusive to his wife an... view mored others.

I happened to be in the lobby of Tailpipes Smog shop when "" Phil 410, re: Bad business"" exploded, not only at the smog technician but his poor wife as well! He did not let the technician clearly explain the problem before he began accusing him of being shady and a scam artist! I heard the whole conversation!! This man had to be under the influence of SOMETHING, his behavior was irrational and quite frankly scary. I came on this site to write a review myself, and was shocked to see the negative review by the man in front of me at the shop!! Completely unfounded! I was there! So unfair to write such lies!!
