Best work in tri valley area! Honest, and great work ethic!

Barry did some work for me over a year ago and did a great job for a good price. He was able to diagnose the problem within 30 seconds when others I had gone to had no idea. So naturally when I sprung a leak I called him again. Best decision I ever made. He covered the gasket under the warranty and all his parts and labor is guaranteed for 3 YEARS! The Only Place to Go! Amazing Customer Service!

Amazing customer service! Barry is friendly, knowledgeable, willing to work within a budget (every time), complies to my schedule, and always gives me rides when I`m stranded. This is the ONLY place I would ever take my vehicle to for any repairs. I have a Jeep and it is hard to find a mechanic who knows how to work on 4X4`s, especially Jeeps. Barry is a big Jeep guy and is very educated on any issues I have thro... view morewn at him. He takes the time to explain how things work, as well as why they broke. I love being able to understand the dynamics of how things work on my Jeep, so in the future I can keep a more educated eye on it incase I have problems again. Barry is the ONLY mechanic I have ever experienced, who has taken the time to pick up the phone and go to bat for me when I have been taken advantage of by bad shops and other mechanics. He believes in justice and that is hard to find that loyalty and trust in your mechanic. I have since been in Louisiana working in the film industry and have not been able to find half the mechanic Barry is out here in the South. To this day, I will call and ask his advice when ever I have had an estimate done on my vehicle because his opinion and expertise is that valuable. I would highly recommend ""The Rear End Shop."" This is one of the biggest things I miss about living in the San Francisco Bay Area, my mechanic.
