Gave wrong car battery and refuse to replace a new one

purchased a Bosch battery a year and half ago. Car did not start so I took it back to the store for check up. They consisted me that someone has broken the seal and fill water into the battery. I assure them that nobody has ever done so since I am the only one drive the van and I rarely drive it only couple time since. I went to Kragen auto part near by and they told me that battery I got is a wrong one. Be aware i... view moref you has purchased car battery there,They may give you a wrong one and the battery went out before the warranty date. Bad customer service. Will never buy anything from this store and pep boys again.

Auto Repair LONG DELAYS; Staff INCOMPETENT

Dropped in my car for regular brakes check-up. Staff pointed me to waiting area because the car may be done at the end of day. Staff did NOT call me for 2 days. They did not respond to phone calls until I talked to manager and finally complained about the unreasonable delays and poor service. The place may have reasonable prices, but you get mediocre service, mediocre parts, mediocre job.
