Rip-off!!!!

I bought 2 $200 12in Gravity subs and a amp from them and one of the subs was clearly used!!! It had a few scratches on the dust cap and the spider wasn`t as stiff as the other sub. When I brought this up to the Manager he denied it being used! Worst of all when I got home I noticed that the right terminal was hanging by the leads, so I had to re-glue it! Oh and recently I went and picked up some 10 gauge power wire,... view more 15ft max and that guy charged me 20 bucks!!!!! Needless to say DON`T GO TO STEREO 1!! You will just get ripped off!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

Took my brand new car in today for power door locks. Asked the "manager" to make sure they did a good job. Manager says, "We only do things one way; the right way." Well this bozo must have talking about his days working for Disneyland because they sure did a Mickey Mouse job. In addition to this, they dented my brand new car! I brought it to the "manager`s" attention immediately. His... view more response was exactly what I had predicted, "There is no way we could have done that." Gee, what a coincidence that the dent is in the same place one might use a tool for leverage to get a door panel off. Imagine that? Saddest thing of all is, they could have fixed the problem right then and there. I am a reasonable person and would have been happy if they just would have popped the dent out (not that big really) and fixed the deficiencies in their installation. Instead, this loser cusses me out. Funny thing, I was planning on having them install a $1200 DVD/Nav system next week. Now I have to sue. My advice.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Spend an extra $100 to go somewhere reputable...... This place is not worth the headache.
