I recently had an auto accident and needed left side repair to my vehicle. This body shop took over a MONTH to repair a problem that should have taken 2 weeks at max. The entire time I was getting estimated time frames stating this would be completed a certain time. When that date came around I was then told something went wrong, so we will have to push it back a week... No problem... Contact them a week later. Somet... view morehing ELSE went wrong. Kind of getting irritated at this point. This process continues another TWO times!!! I was promised up and down two days ago my vehicle would be done. Two days roll around and am told they ordered the WRONG SIZE OF PART! I am now stuck without a rental because my insurance took the rental back after exceeding max allowed time because of the excessive duration this body shop has taken to repair this problem. The two employees I worked with were Eric and Mark who first of all have the worst customer service techniques I have EVER encountered. I was first working with Eric who seemed more interested in getting me off the phone by throwing me BS answers and making excuses for why NOTHING is getting done on my car. He wouldn`t allow me to speak or express my frustration in this matter. He kept giving excuses for his department`s incompetency. I was transferred to Mark who honestly sounded EXACTLY like Eric. I almost thought Eric transferred to himself and pretended to be Mark. Overall, I would rate this zero stars if possible. If you have any repair that is needed, do not take your car here. They are bad and unworthy of their business license to say the least **Update to previous review. After receiving my vehicle back after over a MONTH (promising of repairs in two weeks) for a relatively simple fix, I had to turn the vehicle in AGAIN. My brand new car wreaked of grime and grease and there was a loud popping noise coming from the left side of my vehicle every time I made a left turn. I was given a rental car, which was definitely a plus, but didn`t receive my vehicle back for another TWO weeks. It took them over a week to determine a bolt was ""bent"" near my front left suspension...I have been without my car for 2 months due to their incompetency. I don`t understand how they are still in business...
