Superior service!
Not enough pros can be listed for this place, from classic cars to modern motors, they handle it all. I had a engine temp/oil light issue with my car so I bring I to Mac`s. They find the oil sensor pig tail is loose causing my light to come on, tell me they tested the pressure and have found nothing wrong and that my engine was always running solid cold because the yahoo that ?ˆ?fixed?ˆ? it previously only took the guts ... view moreout of the thermostat and let water flow uncontrolled. After a quick replacement my car was back up and running better than ever, plus some good jokes to boot! I would not take my car anywhere else unless I had to. Those guys put to rest any scary stories of bad mechanics and they?ˆ™re all bad and etc. these gents know what service should be and they exceed it at every turn.

Knowledgeable and Reasonbably priced
I called a few radiator shops trying to get a new radiator, and stumbled across Mac`s Radiator on the Griffin Radiator website. Most important, they thoroughly... view more explained how to battle my car`s overheatin` demons (its an old 60s GM muscle car, and i like doing the labor). After a few hours of wrenching the cooling system back together, I tentatively took the car for a test spin. I drove it hard, got the RPMs high, accelerated, etc. And the temperature didn`t budge, a solid 190. Trust me, I have spent months trying to figure overheating issues. I`ve spent hours under the hood, bloodying up my knuckles with the same overheated results. No more! I highly recommend these guys, this is the highest rating i`ve given yet on CitySearch.
