I just happen to drive by late on a Saturday...minutes before closing...and two nice guys helped me with my oil change. I did voice my concerns over the reviews I`d read, and they assured me I`d have no problem. And I DIDN`T!! My oil change went smoothly. I got all of my nuts and bolts put back where they found them. They walked me through the process & showed me the filters. Nice!!

DISHONEST, SCAM!!

When you call, they would say they would give you a $5 off. I even printed out a coupon from their website.

My husband took the car in, and they didn`t give us the $5 off.

When I called, the cashier said they never even saw the car! After a couple of minutes, she said - oh yes!

Anyway, it`s only $5, but it`s the dishonesty that is really bugging me!

Buyer Beware

Why do you go to get your oil changed? To get new oil and a new filter so your car lasts as long as possible....I took my car here on 11/2/2009 for a premium oil change using synthetic oil and a new filter of course......well, I just found out last night that this Jiffy Lube didn`t even change my oil filter. They just added new oil. This is not the type of service you would expect from a ""reputable"" company....Buye... view morer be aware of this location.............

THEY DON`T CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR

I went to Jiffy Lube next to the car wash and you have an option to include the car wash with an oil change. I opt to received the car wash. I was there for about an hour and half. My inner driver car door was working fine before. When they finished washing my car, of course they leave the door open for you to get in so i didnt notice it until i returned to work and i could not exit my car. I had to open the door fro... view morem the outside! I called back and they kept giving me the run around. They asked me to come watch the video which proved nothing because of the angles the camera caught. I even went to Toyota to purchase the part and the car wash rep. supposedly had to contact some person to come install a door handle when there are about 30 guys at that place who could have done it in less than 20 mins. I am very upset at how they gave me the run around and was willing to lose a customer over a $30 door handle.
