I first visited Steven Creeks Mazda because my Mazda 3 was showing a WARNING light... Mrs Duvall (Krista) took care of me; she was very professional: fast and easy. I was in and out within 15 minutes with a loan car. The next day I picked up my car - fixed and washed. Mrs. Duvall noticed my dashboard was cracked so she told me she will order a new dashboard...THAT`S BEING PROACTIVE! Oaktree Mazda,San Jose My car buying experience at Oaktree went very well overall. When I arrived at the dealership that sense of uneasiness went away in part because of the salespeople. When I was a kid my parents used to take me car shopping and most of the salespeople worked at the dealership next door. The deal went through with few problems and they did a great job showing me all the options. I had visited the dealership next door and wasn`t pleased. I think in my experience its sometimes the salespeople that made the difference and the more seasoned salespeople know what I wanted and made it happen.

Friendly and Knowledgable
I bought my Mazda3 at Oak Tree Mazda in late 2005 and I`ve been taking it back to the dealer for service ever since. I`ve always gotten great customer support back from them. They take the time to explain their service recommendations, and they don`t use the expected high-pressure tactics to get you to spend more on maintenance than you planned for. A couple of times I`ve said `no` or `I`ll wait on that` and the serv... view moreice reps have always dropped the issue.

The service I get there is just much better than what I received from other auto repair shops I`ve visited with my previous car (a Ford). That`s why I keep going back.

Competitive prices with awesome customer service!
Although I like to do my research before trying a new business, my vehicle was in desperate need of service. So I decided to try Oak Tree Mazda mostly because of the convenient location.
