I found myself in need of a good auto body shop after my VW Passat was vandalized.Travis and the rest of the staff worked with me and we came up with a plan to get my car back to beautiful. Happy customer!!!!!

I just recently had my vehicle fixed at G&C Auto Body and went through a similar situation as one of the reviews who posted a comment regarding prce difference between the shop & insurance. I had George the assistant manager explain to me why the insurance was not paying the labor rate difference and neccesary procedures to bring my vehicle back to pre accident condition. He took the time to explain that sometimes ce... view morertain insurance companies don`t pay for neccessary repair procedures or labor rates to body shops and expect the body shops to do them any way. However they`ll pay a dealer to do the same work that the body shop has to do and pay them there outrageous labor rates with no questions asked. G&C helped me by taking my insurance company to small claims court and they took care of all the paperwork and set up the court date and was able to get me my $400 that the insurance was not willing to cover. 5 STAR SERVICE

I was a little doubtful about bringing my vehicle here at first, i read the reviews and was very discouraged by the reviews that were posted about this shop. However i listened to my insurance who highly recommended them and couldn`t be happier. Avoid at all costs!

Be forewarned!

This shop asks you to sign a contract to pay their high labor rate knowing that your insurance company will pay far less than that - when they could easily tell you about the difference before you leave your car there. They`ll blame it on the insurance company and encourage you to go to court against the insurance company.

Don`t let Patrick and Andy over at G&C stick you with the diffe... view morerence between what your insurance company will pay and what G&C wants to fix your car. Choose a body shop where they are satisfied with that the insurers are paying. If that`s not enough $$$ for them - the body shop shouldn`t agree to fix your car!

Worst experience ever at a body shop

The service was bad from day one. I Dropped off my car on 1/17/08, received rental car and that same night the car died and my wife and I didnt get home until after 1 AM. We were able to get a replacement car that same night but the replacement car was just left outside with the keys on the front tire and the car was given to me with no gasoline. As soon as I turned the car on, the gas light came on.

I called on that Friday didn`t receive any calls back until I spoke with one of the Mgrs (Patrick) who informed me that the car wouldn`t be done until Monday @ noon. Again, didn`t receive a call back on Monday to inform me that the car was done. I called in and was informed that indeed the car was done. I drove down there and I inspected the car. I was completely disappointed. There was residue around the door handle. There were ""new"" scratches"" and ""scuffs"" on the side the car that was ""repaired"" and there were some chips in the paint were they supposedly painted and fixed the car. Vehicle was promised fully repaired on 1/29/08. I went back to pick up my car after leaving the day before and I get there and my car was dirty but ""repaired"".

I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was sold on thir TV commercial (I should`ve known better).

PLEASE go somewhere else!!!!
