I thought the transmission was...

I thought the transmission was out because it wouldn`t go into overdrive.. but after taking the car in, they knew exactly what the problem was. How crazy that the Knock sensors would not let your car go into that last gear.. Thanks Toyota/Lexus. To top all that, normally this would have cost almost $1000 to fix but because they are such honest people at Hines, They were able to find more cost effective parts and pass... view more that discount on to me. Excellent Job!!!! I never expected anything less

In the past I always dealt wit...

In the past I always dealt with dealerships which meant I`d take the car in, they would tell me the problem and then order the part which meant a second trip back to have it repaired. With Hines they fix it the same day and never try to sell me parts that I don`t need. One time they charged me $13 for the repair...that is unheard of with any repair shop. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We have used Pete for many yea...

We have used Pete for many years!!!!! I would trust him with my kids lives:) He is honest, has an incredible staff, always eager to help. Wouldnt think of useing anyone else. Very knowlegable about any type of car out there. Hes the best & his staff has been with him for years!!!!! Cant say enough good things! If you are considering useing Hines service center, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Once again, I have been 110% s...

Once again, I have been 110% satisfied with the service at HINES.. I was told it would be 20 mins till I could be seen and another hour to fix. 45 mins later I was on my way.. David did a great job changing out the rear brakes on my JEEP.. He took the time to answer the questions and concerns that I did have.. Thank you to David and thank you for another outstanding visit..

I was first a customer here be...

I was first a customer here before the current owners bought the shop. I`ve brought my car in about 4 times in the past 2 years and I`ve always been very satisfied. They provide fast, personal service and are very honest people to do business with. I would highly recommend them!

Wife`s car, dead battery at La...

Wife`s car, dead battery at Laurel Park after the parade. Tried jumping, didn`t work. Next morning, contacted Pete, made arrangements to have it towed, requested that the car be ready by 2:00 PM. Next contact was a call @ 1:45 PM advising that the car was ready. Happy wife, happy me.
