Wonderful! Wonderful! I had a very bad noise coming from my left frt brake. Called these guys on a Saturday morning. They got me right in, inspected my brakes, without charging me and said my car was not safe to drive. Frt brakes were gone and the left front rotor was eatin up. RJ saw the look on my face, I was devestated. He helped me so much!!! I recommend these awesome people to everyone, Thanks again R.J.

"It`s making a weird sound"

Fantastic establishment! Came for an oil change and inquiring about a strange sound and "RJ" took such great care of my mom-mobile! He even showed me step by step how Honda suggests maintenance for another issue I had. Great family, will trust them to go back for any other issues!

This has been the best automotive shop that I have ever been to in my entire life. I went here yesterday because of an oil leak and all of the technicians were very courteous and they illustrated a wealth of knowledge. The entire staff was friendly and it was a blessing just to be able to come to a place like this in Conway right up the street from my home that could help me out the way that these people were able to help. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs a repair on their car. You will walk with a peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of and everything will be ok. Recently moved to Conway and had been looking for some place to get some work done to my Truck. My Wife recommended All Star as she had some work there in the past. When we arrived they were painting and refurbishing the waiting area. Come to find out that the business had recently changed hands and spoke to the new owner RJ. I found him to be very knowledgeable, down to earth and someone I felt I could trust. Was I ... view moreever correct! After working on my Truck and taking it for a test drive he soon realized there were other issues that concerned him that were not in the initial quote. Were most places would have told you of the new issues and wanted to charge more to make these "new" problems. RJ took the responsibility of not only making these repairs for no additional charge. But had actually contacted a Car Rental Agency to provide me with a loaner, and his expense! To say that this surprised me would be an understatement. After I picked up my Truck I contacted RJ concerning a sound I was hearing. He explained what he felt he believed the sound to be and suggested I come by the Shop. After returning from out of town RJ discovered the source of the noise and made those repairs. Once again at no additional charge!! He had told me all along that he wanted to know that when he was done that he would want my Truck to be in as good a condition as if it were his own. I know I`ve rambled. But I simply not say enough positive things about the Service I received from RJ and his Staff. If you are fortunate enough to live close to Conway and need Service on your Vehicle. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to see RJ.

My daughter is a single mom. She brought her car here after having gone to a shop on Cantrell in Little Rock.In Little Rock they had told her she had a power steering leak. They did a power steering flush, and put in what they called "a stop leak" for her transmission. Her leak was worse after the work they had done there, and they told her it would cost between $300 and $900 to fix the problem, AFTER they ... view morecharged her $119 for the flush and "make leak" instead of "stop leak." She came to All Star, which has recently changed hands, and they found the problem in a few minutes. An "O ring" was bad. It cost $6.32 for the part, and $30.00 for labor. Now the car drives great and NO LEAK! PLUS, they steam cleaned her engine after they got finished, at no charge. As a single mom, she needs someone who will not take advantage of her, and she has found them! I will never go anywhere else, and I highly recommend these guys to everyone. They are honest, and they KNOW what they are doing!!

Great place to get your car worked on! Under new ownership and I can tell the difference. Very helpful with the explanation of work needing to be done, and the price was less than I expected. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

You can trust your mama`s car with this one!

The guys at All Star Auto Repair are great. They will tell you up front what is wrong with your vehicle and what it will take to repair it. They have never tried to sell me anything that I do not need, and every time that I`ve priced-shopped them, they`ve proved to be the lowest in town and they still warranty their work.
