Do not trust them. They took advantage of my wife. She went in for an alignment and the told her the strut was broke and it wasn`t safe to drive. Then they told her the ball joints were worn out. I put new ones on two years ago, and the car was parked most of the time during the two years. Then they told her she needed new strut mounts. I told her to bring the old parts home so I could see what broke. I have been wor... view moreking on cars for over 25 years, but didn`t have time to work on this car at the time. There was nothing wrong with the old parts. The struts were fine (nothing was broke), the ball joints could not have been worn out(they broke them removing them, and the strut mounts were not that bad. Then the employees were making fun of my wife. They called her and thought they hung up but it didn`t hang up. My wife`s cell recorded them making fun of her. I will never use them again.

sears is a alright store to shop it occassion have good sales they really needs to have more discount sales and more coupons and rebates the prices is ok needs to be lower than i would shop there more often
