One of the worst repair shops in Jonesboro, AR.

Overall review: BEYOND POOR! DON`T GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!! The main mechanic is severely under qualified for his job! A simple fuel pump replacement was all that was needed. The fuel pump was supposedly replace with a new one. The problem on my car became worse. It still is malfuctioning like it was before, but due to the mechanic`s error of cracking the fuel hose to the fuel pump...I leave me driveway & mak... view moree it an astonishing 1 mile away & everydrop of gas that was in my gas tank has left a trail leading back to my residence. The shop workers have no consideration for your time because they are more consumed with more pressing issues; like buying lemon cars & putting them together with eletrical tape & gorilla glue to sell to next victim or trusting customer. If you don`t want a 3 hour job to turn into 3 weeks of pure inconvenience, then avoid this repair shop at ALL COST!!! Sincerely, UPSET & VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
