I bought a extended warranty when I purchased a vehicle in 2012, at the time Jack told me it was 100% refundable if not used. When I sold the car it was still under factory warranty so the extended warranty was not used. $5000 mistake

My mother bought a car from this dealer and was told one price and ending up paying a different price. About $5000 more than what she was quoted. The sales guy up to the finance manager are very unprofessional. I would recommend you go the Toyota dealer in Fayetteville, AR if you decide to go with a Toyota. Search for my experience on Youtube. Worst Dealership in Northwest Arkansas!

This is the worst dealership I have experienced in my 20 years of buying cars. They will change numbers on you if you are not paying attention, sell you on things you do not need, also plain out lie to you!. I would highly recommend going to Toyota of Fayetteville. Every quote I have received from Toyota of Fayetteville could not be beat by NW Toyota. Even by going back numerous times! I would not buy from this de... view morealership. I bought my Sienna there a little over a year ago and they have been absolutely determined take care of use like we own the place. We get our oil changed there regularly and there always fast. they only sell Toyotas and Sions there so that`s there focus. Its not like some dealers where your just one aspect of there business.
